Our first glimpse of the facelifted Honda City was all the way back in January when it was launched in Thailand. We speculated that we wouldn't be waiting long before we saw a refresh here. Fast forward some four months later, and here it is--the new City courtesy of Honda Cars Philippines.
Overall, our City looks similar to the Thai-spec version we saw earlier this year. The front receives slimmer lines, sleeker headlights, and an upgrade to LED bulbs. The refreshed subcompact sedan is powered by a 1.5-liter i-VTEC engine capable of 117hp and 145Nm.
Prices and variants are as follows:
* 1.5 E MT - P764,000
* 1.5 E CVT - P804,000
* 1.5 VX Navi CVT - P913,000
* 1.5 VX+ Navi CVT - P1,003,000
Inside, the E variants have a 7-inch touchscreen display audio, while the VX and VX+ are equipped with 7-inch touchscreen audio visual navigation. Push-start ignition is available in the VX and VX+ variants, too.
The new Honda City is available in Lunar Silver Metallic, Taffeta White, Modern Steel Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl, Ruby Read Pearl and Gold Brown Metallic paint jobs. We'll have more photos of the new City up soon. Do you guys like the refresh?
