At the 2024 Philippine International Motor Show, Ford Philippines launched its meanest Ranger Raptor to date, strapped with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo petrol V6.
Cut to a year or so later, and the Ranger Raptor V6 has found its way to 1,000 new homes and happy owners. Managing director and president of Ford Philippines, Pedro Simoes, expressed his joy for the Ranger Raptor’s first year on showroom floors: “The response to the Ranger Raptor 3.0-liter V6 in its first year has been incredible.”

“Customers have embraced it as both a serious performance pickup and a trusted everyday companion, and their stories show how strongly the truck fits Filipino lifestyles.”

According to Ford, the Ranger Raptor V6’s customer base is a loyal group of motorists who love the open road. Some of them even use the V6 Raptor as their daily driver, while almost everyone has taken their Blue Oval pickup on a long road trip, sometime in the past year.

And it’s easy to see why: 392hp and 583Nm of torque on tap is plenty for most road conditions, and the Fox suspension system makes it off-road ready on any given day.
Recently, Ford unveiled a limited Special Edition Ranger Raptor V6, adorned with decals and a new black sport hoop. That particular model has taken the top spot as the most expensive Ford pickup on offer at P2.813 million, while the standard Raptor V6 is still available for P2.799 million.
