Hold on, there is a Paramore-themed Honda Civic? And it’s an Si coupe? Yes and yes, to both those questions. Throughout the 2000s, Honda offices in the United States sponsored a countrywide tour that featured some of the biggest bands of that generation. If you grew up in the noughties and the 2010s, a concert like this would have been right up your alley.
Sadly, the Honda Civic Tour ran its last leg in 2022, 21 years after its first show. Previous headliners included Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, Blink-182, and even One Direction in 2015. Each tour featured a specially wrapped Civic that was put on display at every concert. Fans could enter a raffle to win the Civic, with the final drawing taking place at the end of the tour.
We haven’t heard much about the cars that were raffled off, but a Reddit user stumbled across the Civic Si Coupe from Paramore’s headlining 2010 tour. This particular FG2 Civic (the chassis code for this model which was the same generation as the iconic FD) coincided with the release of the band’s third studio album, Brand New Eyes—hence the buttery patterns and the wrap colored like Hayley Williams’ iconic orange hair.

The Reddit user just happened to see the dark orange coupe at their local service center, and it looks like it’s still in great condition. The band’s autographs are still intact, and there doesn’t seem to be any major discoloration or peeling on the wrap. Not bad for a 16-year-old car—and a free one at that.
A US domestic market special, the Civic Si Coupe packed the K20Z3 2.0-liter engine, which made a beefy 197hp and 188Nm of torque. Traditionalists would be pleased, as it also could have packed a six-speed manual transmission. Not bad at all.
While the engine probably sounds good, we reckon that cruising in this orange Si to The Only Exception will sound better—way, better.
