PGA Cars, the official distributor of Porsche vehicles in the country, has launched the Porsche Macan. The compact SUV adds enthusiasm to the segment. The Macan goes head to head with the Audi Q5 and the BMW X3.
The new Porsche SUV almost certainly caters to stylish, successful individuals as well as the moneyed set. With the S and the Turbo variants now available, we imagine many buyers opting for the latter. The S Diesel is set to arrive soon.
The Macan S is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 biturbo engine rated at 340hp and 460Nm, while the Macan Turbo is equipped with a 3.6-liter V6 biturbo engine rated at 400hp and 550Nm.
PGA Cars is mum about the pricing. Depending on the variant, we reckon pricing starts at P5 million.
