Here are the prices of the upgraded Isuzu D-Max and MU-X

Are they worth the price bump?

The updated prices of the now Euro 4-compliant Isuzu D-Max and MU-X are finally out.

In case you missed it, the popular Isuzu pickup truck and midsize SUV are now equipped with cleaner and more efficient 3.0-liter turbodiesel engines that produce a heartier 175hp and 380Nm of torque. Both get a host of new features, including hill start assist, descent control and an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with text-to-speech navigation capability.

Below are the vehicles' new price tags:

Isuzu MU-X

*MU-X 4X2 LS-A AT 3.0 – P1,598,000

*MU-X 4X2 LS-A AT 3.0 (Pearl White) – P1,608,000

*MU-X 4X4 LS-A AT 3.0 – P1,908,000

*MU-X 4X4 LS-A AT 3.0 (Pearl White) – P1,918,000

Isuzu D-Max

*D-Max 4X2 LS MT – P1,270,000

*D-Max 4X2 LS MT X-Series – P1,370,000

*D-Max 4X2 LS AT – P1,340,000

*D-Max 4X2 LS AT X-Series – P1,440,000

*D-Max 4X4 LS MT – P1,600,000

*D-Max 4X4 LS AT – P1,670,000

It's a relatively considerable price bump, but one that comes with more performance and efficiency. Besides, we don't want to put a price on helping the environment. Will you be checking out either of the two models at the dealership?
