With the all-new Ford Mustang due to hit the market soon, famed Mustang aftermarket parts manufacturer Saleen Automotive has announced that it is now taking orders for its 2015 302 Mustang.
The 2015 Saleen 302 Mustang is based on the sixth-generation Ford Mustang that was launched in December last year, and replaces the current 302, which is based on the fifth-generation model.
While all the next-generation 302 models will be available with a 5.0-liter V8 engine that's paired with a six-speed manual transmission, its White, Yellow or Black Label trims denote the vehicle's power output. The White Label 302, for example, puts out 450hp and 410Nm, while the Yellow Label and range-topping Black Label 302s produce 640hp and 565Nm. Differentiating the Yellow Label from the Black are the optional aerodynamic elements and upgraded suspension setup the latter may receive.
"As we approach an official unveiling, we are thrilled to release the features and specifications for the 2015 Saleen 302 Mustang," Saleen Autotmotive said in a statement. "Along with these features and specs, we are releasing a new profile view rendering to give an enhanced perspective on the new model."
Customers may now place their orders for the 2015 Saleen 302 Mustang with a $2,015 deposit to reserve their car and secure their Saleen S302 vehicle identification number.
