The 2014 Tokyo Auto Salon is only two weeks away and Fuji Heavy Industries, the conglomerate behind the Subaru brand of cars, has revealed that it will have no less than five Levorg sports tourer concept cars on display at the show.
Fresh from the concept's global debut at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show a month ago, the five Levorg units will be fitted with accessories made specifically for the car by Subaru, the carmaker's in-house tuning arm Subaru Tecnica International, and three Subaru-exclusive performance parts manufacturers (Corazon, Syms and Prova).
According to FHI, Subaru's take on the Levorg was to enhance its exterior and interior "with finesse" by using unique aluminum wheels and red-wine colored interior parts. STI, on the other hand, used original sports parts such as a flexible tower bar and under-spoiler, not only to make the car both functional and stylish but also to enhance its driving dynamics.
The 2014 Tokyo Auto Salon will run from January 10 to 12 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba prefecture.
