Aftermarket nuts, it's time to mark your calendars. The 2017 Manila Auto Salon is taking over Pasay City at the end of the month, bringing together the best of what the country's automotive aftermarket industry has to offer.

Taking place from November 30 to December 3, 2017 (Thursday to Sunday) at the SMX Convention Center by the SM Mall of Asia, the event will showcase more than 200 display vehicles over a 9,000sqm exhibition floor. There's sure to be something for everyone—from customized off-roaders to restored classics and JDM vehicles, as well as automotive products and accessories.

Tradeshow International Inc. president Sophie delos Santos says that this year's show will serves as the go-to venue for the latest in car personalization and consumer trends. "The Philippine automotive aftermarket industry players must take advantage of this once-a-year spectacle if they want to be in tune with what’s in demand by car and sport truck enthusiasts, and see these actual products on the vehicles from the most popular to the more expensive bespoke ones."

Delos Santos added that the event is aimed at empowering the "new breed" of enthusiasts, who are more aware than ever thanks to the rise of technology and social media. "These shows serve as an interactive platform for these browsers who take to the internet first to research for what’s in the market, but still need to be surprised with what is not available online."

Ticket prices are set at P150 for adults and P120 for senior citizens. You can buy them in advance at SM Ticket outlets or online at smtickets.com. If you're in search of a little inspiration for your latest aftermarket project, you should definitely make time to drop by.
