Ford PH opens General Santos dealership

Growing its dealership network by nearly 50 percent this year, Ford Philippines has now opened its new General Santos outlet in Mindanao. Under the leadership of dealer principal Willy Tee Ten, Ford General Santos is the 10th new full sales and service facility that the American carmaker has opened in less than a year.

Since October, Ford Philippines has inaugurated dealerships in Cainta, Bohol, Butuan, Ilocos Norte, Isabela, Makati, Manila Bay, Naga and Tarlac. Ford Philippines now has a total of 33 dealerships.

\"The continued expansion of our nationwide Ford dealer network is helping support our product-led transformation and ongoing growth momentum in the Philippines,\" said Ford Philippines managing director Kay Hart.

The new one-story dealership in Mindanao is located on National Highway, Dadiangas North, General Santos City. It features a four-vehicle showroom and a 12-vehicle servicing capacity.

\"Our investment in this new facility underscores our confidence in the One Ford plan, and will allow us to welcome even more customers into our showrooms and provide them with our class-leading vehicles and customer experience,\" said Tee Ten.

Ford General Santos is the second new dealership to open this year (after Ford Bohol) under Tee Ten\'s ownership. The American carmaker plans to establish dealerships in Baguio and Zamboanga over the next four months, closing its number of outlets at 35 by year end.
