Giti Tire is now officially in the Philippines, thanks to a strategic partnership with Power Tractire. If the brand sounds familiar, you may have already seen Giti rubber on models from BYD, Jetour, and Changan.
With the help of Power Tractire’s nationwide network, the Indonesian company aims to deliver its comprehensive lineup to more Filipino vehicle owners. It offers a wide range of German-engineered tires, catering to both passenger cars and SUVs.

Giti will also be rolling out all-terrain and EV-specific offerings, providing local buyers with another option for durable and versatile tires. While prices have yet to be revealed, the brand is expected to be competitive in mid-level segments.

At launch, Power Tractire announced that thousands of tires had already been distributed to its authorized dealer partners. The distributor also mentioned that several more orders were recently placed. With that, Filipinos should be able to get their cars shod in Giti rubber very soon.
While we’ve mostly seen these tires on newer Chinese cars, the brand also serves heritage carmakers worldwide. These include Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Ford, and Isuzu. Headquartered in Singapore, Giti had already previously expanded to 130 global markets with the Philippines as its latest addition.
