GWM Philippines has hosted its first-ever car meet, gathering owners to celebrate being part of the brand’s growing lifestyle community. Held on May 23 at the Overland Kings HQ in Parañaque City, ‘GWM: Great Wall Meets’ saw customer-owned units of the Haval H9, Tank 300, and Ora, as well as an up-close preview of the Haval H7 PHEV.
The event was organized in partnership with Overland Kings and Sarsa Field Kitchen, and provided an atmosphere for guests to connect with one another over a shared appreciation for adventure, mobility, and modern automotive tech.

A highlight of the event was the showcase of the Haval H7 PHEV. Future customers and reservation holders were invited to get an up-close look at the SUV ahead of its official launch in the country. The H7 was first previewed at the 2026 Manila International Auto Show and is expected to launch later this year.

“GWM: Great Wall Meets is more than an event—it represents the beginning of a stronger and more connected GWM community in the Philippines,” said GWM Philippines product and marketing director Vincent Marquez. “Seeing our owners, future customers, and automotive enthusiasts come together and share their experiences reflects the growing trust and excitement surrounding the brand. This is only the start, and we are committed to creating more meaningful community-driven experiences for our customers throughout the year.”
