Honda PH offering owners new extended warranty program

In case you ever plan to sell

Do you own a Honda? Then you'll be glad to know that the company is now offering a new extended warranty program called "Honda Protect Plus," which minimizes the chance you'll be shocked by sudden expenses past the usual warranty period.

Honda Protect Plus covers all models available in the Philippines. Through the program, you can get an additional two years of warranty coverage or an additional 40,000km (whichever comes first), which kicks in after the standard three-year (or 100,000km) warranty comes to an end.

The carmaker recommends applying for the extension, as it guarantees your vehicle will be worked on by certified technicians using only genuine Honda parts. What's more, Honda says cars under Honda Protect Plus command higher resale value in the event owners decide to sell.

Honda Protect Plus coverage begins at P12,300 for the Brio. Interested owners can inquire at their local Honda dealership for more information. If you're the forgetful type, or in case you plan on selling your vehicle somewhere down the line, this might be a program worth looking into.
