Hyundai Motor Philippines (HMPH) officially opened Hyundai Dumaguete last February 27th, marking their 38th showroom in the Philippines. This newest facility is expected to be a hallmark of automotive sales and services as it sets up shop in the capital of Negros Oriental.
The entire dealer spans close to 728sqm and features a wide showroom and a comprehensive service area outback. Hyundai Dumaguete has an opportunity to strengthen the presence of new energy vehicles in the city with its growing lineup of electric and hybrid cars.

The showroom has enough space to display four Hyundai vehicles. At the dealer inauguration, the Hyundai Staria, Creta, and Stargazer X were already displayed on the floor. Hopefully, the fourth car could be the all-electric Ioniq 5 or Tucson Hybrid to give customers an idea of what new energy vehicles HMPH can offer. But that’s just our opinion.
Around back, the maintenance and repair area is made up of five service bays, which should be enough to cater to the needs of Dumaguete-based Hyundai owners. Those owners can visit Hyundai Dumaguete from Monday to Saturday along the South National Highway in Calindagan, Dumaguete.
As mentioned, Hyundai Dumaguete is the 38th Hyundai dealer in the country. HMPH aims to open seven more before the end of the year. Before this, HMPH opened a dealer in Bacoor, Cavite, to accommodate customers within the city and other surrounding communities.
