Jetour Auto Philippines is keeping up its momentum with the signing of a new dealership agreement with MG Gateway Mantrade Corporation. This partnership lays down the foundation for the establishment of a new Manila Bay dealership for the Chinese brand, further strengthening its presence in the National Capital Region.
Leadership from Jetour Auto Philippines, UAAGI Auto Group, and MG Gateway Mantrade Corporation were present at the contract signing. Miguelito Jose, managing director for Jetour Auto Philippines, was pleased to welcome the automaker’s newest dealer-partner. “Their experience in automotive retail and commitment to customer service will support our efforts to expand the Jetour network and serve more customers nationwide,” he said.

Once open, the Jetour Auto Manila Bay dealership will offer sales, aftersales, and service facilities on its premises. The automaker is also confident that the new dealership’s strategic location will make it a key contributor to the brand’s sustained growth in the Philippine market.

Jetour also believes that its Lightning i-DM lineup of PHEVs will also be vital to its strategy going forward. While the T2 Lightning i-DM serves as the flagship, a new variant of the smaller T1 Lightning i-DM could also be on the way soon, as indicated by LTO homologation documents.

The upcoming Manila Bay dealership will serve as the 24th authorized dealership for the brand. Last month, Jetour expanded into South Luzon with a new Calamba dealership. Its GAIA sub-brand also entered the market earlier in the year, marking its entry into the premium segment with the G700.
