If you haven't already heard, Mazda Philippines is taking a bunch of its new cars—chief among them being the new FWD CX-9 Sport Touring and 'Dark Cherry' MX-5 soft top—to Bonifacio Global City this weekend for this year's Zoom Fest.
Not only will the Japanese manufacturer be showcasing its lineup at the event along 9th Avenue next to Bonifacio High Street, it will also be offering customers up to P100,000 in discounts, as well as special gifts and prizes. But if you're not in a buying mood, the company has something special under its sleeve: A gathering of some of the finest Mazdas in the entire country.
The Revolution 2: The All-Mazda Autofest car show is taking place on Saturday, July 28, beside the abovementioned Zoom Fest display. Dozens of Mazdas—from the Mazda 2 subcompact sedan, 323 Familia and even rotary-powered RX-7s and RX-8s—will be on display, with 40 of them vying for the top prize at this year's showcase.
Club Mazda Philippines president Robert Chan says this is a chance to check out some of the coolest Mazda cars in the country, all in one place: "You’ll be surprised how many Mazdas are just waiting to be showcased by their owners. Mazda fans are some of the most passionate car enthusiasts in the world and their search for the perfect look, down to the tiniest hard-to-find details, only show how emotionally connected they are to their rides."
Also, if you're on the hunt for some pretty neat merchandise, Mazda Philippines is going to reveal its new Mazda Collection courtesy of a tie-up with First/We/Drive (F/W/D). We've featured some of F/W/D's products in the past, and we have to say it produces some of the best motoring-themed shirts in the business, both in terms of quality and design.
So whether you're looking for merch, cool rides or a brand-new vehicle to drive home to the family, there's bound to be something worth checking out at Zoom Fest 2018. Will we see you there?
