MG Philippines will service your car in your own home

MG owners are assured of a worry-free experience

Potential car buyers look not only at the vehicles they are about to purchase but also at the after-sales experience each brand is known for. Is maintenance easy? Are parts available when needed? 

For the relatively smaller companies in the Philippines, it’s not easy to say yes to that when dealerships aren’t always within arm’s reach of owners, especially those outside the metro. MG Philippines is one of those companies who has only entered the local automotive market in recent years, and it seeks to innovate aftersales services through its Mobile Garage service caravan and its My MG mobile app.

MG Philippines’ Mobile Garage allows owners to phone in their technical, mechanical, electrical and engine concerns through the MG 24/7 hotline. If repairs are needed, owners can have their vehicles serviced in the comfort of their own home courtesy of the MG service team. The Mobile Garage currently services Metro Manila and other parts of Northern and Southern Luzon. It will soon cover some regions in Visayas and Mindanao.

Apart from having repairs done at home, you can also enjoy an enhanced ownership experience through the My MG app which you can download from the Google Play Store for free. Using your smartphone, you can have a virtual garage where you can keep a list of your MG vehicles and keep track of their maintenance history. The app also lets you locate any dealership in the Philippines to schedule test drives or inquire about products and parts.

Speaking of parts, this carmaker also assures that spare parts are available in all its authorized dealerships nationwide wherein MG-trained and accredited technicians are ready to service your vehicle. You can select from a total of 9 dealerships across the country, with six more that are soon to rise as MG continues to expand its dealership network. And to top things off, all purchases of MG vehicles come with a 1-year free periodic maintenance service package and a 5-year/100,000-km warranty.
