Suzuki Philippines recently relaunched its locations in Tacloban and Iloilo, upgrading them into 3S (sales, service, and spare parts) facilities to better serve their respective areas. These dealerships first began operations in 2012, and the Japanese automaker shares that the renovations are part of its ongoing drive to elevate the customer experience.
Upgrades made to the relaunched facilities include larger showroom areas with space to display five vehicles, as well as expanded service areas with additional work bays (five at Suzuki Auto Tacloban, six at Suzuki Auto Iloilo) to more efficiently maintain and repair customers’ vehicles.
Suzuki Auto Iloilo in particular is being prepared to support the brand’s electrified lineup starting with the Suzuki e-Vitara. As part of these preparations, a dedicated charging station for Suzuki vehicles will soon be installed on-site.

Both of the renovated dealerships are operated by Sakura Autoworld, Inc., one of Suzuki Philippines’ longstanding dealer-partners in the Visayas region. Leadership from both parties were present at the relaunching ceremonies of the facilities, with Suzuki Philippines automobile division director and general manager Norihide Takei congratulating Sakura Autoworld on the successful upgrades.
Takei’s statement at the Tacloban reopening also affirmed the positive working relationship between Suzuki Philippines and Sakura Autoworld: “At Suzuki, we remain committed to being By Your Side, and we are grateful to have partners who share the same dedication to serving our customers.”
Suzuki Auto Tacloban is located at Purok 4, Maharlika Highway, Barangay 91, Abucay District, Tacloban City, Leyte. Meanwhile, Suzuki Auto Iloilo is located along Diversion Road in Dungon B, Jaro, Iloilo City.
