Jaguar has released a short film starring its F-Type roadster and actor Damian Lewis, which director Adam Smith of Ridley Scott Associates calls as \"a real adventure--a story of betrayal, retribution, passion and greed.\"

The film starts with the F-Type being driven on a desert road that abruptly stops after it nearly misses a motorcycle in a head-on collision. After the F-Type driver checks on the motorcycle rider, the film fast-forwards to Lewis driving the car and then encountering Shannyn Sossamon who happens to be escaping from her husband played by Jordi Molla. The film then turns into a three-minute chase scene across the Chilean desert and concludes with a twist involving Lewis and the F-Type.

\"Jaguar is synonymous with some iconic moments in cinematic history, and we\'re excited about reigniting this powerful combination through a British-led, world-class artistic project,\" said Jaguar global marketing communications director Ian Armstrong. \"We believe that we have a visionary and outstanding filmic product, which is a great platform for our most important product launch in 50 years--the F-Type.\"
