Launching its latest vehicle entry into the Philippine market with the tag line "Design With Bite," British United Automobiles--the official distributor of Mini vehicles in the country--unveiled the Mini Cooper Paceman at the 2013 Manila International Auto Show.
The seventh model in the Mini family, the Paceman has taillights that feature a horizantal design, a first for the marque. Designed as a four-seater, it has sports seats for the driver and the front passenger, and a pair of individual seats in the rear. Load capacity stands at 330L, increasing to 1,080L when the rear-seat backrests are folded down.
The Paceman is available in two variants: the Mini Cooper Paceman (122hp) and the Mini Cooper S Paceman (184hp). There are plans to bring in the Mini John Cooper Works Paceman variant as well.
Do you think Mini is doing the right thing expanding its product line to include various models? Or is the brand beginning to bore you since these different models look almost the same anyway?
