The Quezon City government has announced that White Plains Avenue will be completely closed starting 6am on Tuesday, February 25, 2026. Concerned citizens and civil groups will be congregating along the road and at the People Power Monument for the third Trillion Peso March.
A traffic advisory has been issued for vehicles planning to traverse the Santolan and White Plains segments of EDSA, as well as Katipunan Avenue, Ortigas Avenue, and Temple Drive. Heavy traffic is expected in these areas throughout the day.

In preparation for the rally, a partial closure and zipper lane will be in effect on February 24, from 9pm until 6am the next day. The Quezon City government has also designated drop-off points and parking areas for those planning to attend.

- Buses – Boni Serrano Avenue eastbound (one-sided parking)

The demonstration proper is expected to commence at 8am. Plan your trips ahead to avoid expected traffic and road closures. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, the Quezon City Police Department, and other involved parties will be present to help smooth traffic flow.
