MMDA: Road closures to give way to Skyway 3 construction this weekend

Are you planning to do some driving this weekend? If you are passing through G. Araneta Ave. in Quezon City, expect some traffic. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has announced a rerouting scheme for the areas surrounding the area to make way for the installation of girders for the Skyway 3 project.

For affected motorists, take note: The installation will take place near SM Centerpoint from September 21 to 22, 2019 from 6am to 7pm. 

For light vehicles

1. From N. Domingo to G. Aranet Ave. and R. Magsaysay BLVD: Take F. Roman or H. Lozada St., then left at Aurora Blvd. to destination
2. From R. Magsaysay Blvd. to G. Araneta Ave. to N. Domingo: Take Aurora Blvd., right at A. Luna or right at A. Lake St., then right or left to N. Domingo to destination.
