Motorists who will travel on the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) on Saturday, July 27, be advised: NLEX Corporation is expecting high traffic volume in the area of the Ciudad de Victoria Exit throughout that day.
Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) is celebrating its 110th anniversary at Ciudad de Victoria on July 27. The festivities will run from 8am to 8pm, but expect traffic buildup well before and after the event as INC members travel to and from the venue.
