Earlier this year, SMC Tollways finally opened the Quirino southbound on-ramp and northbound off-ramp on Skyway Stage 3. These were helpful additions to both motorists using the elevated tollway and those heading out of Manila City.
Now, the new Quirino Westbound Exit is officially open, meaning motorists heading southbound from Skyway Stage 3 now also have direct access to this portion of Quirino Avenue.

The interchange was officially opened on October 18. Technically, SMC Tollways calls this the ‘westbound’ exit, but the new toll gates pictured here serve as the exit points for both northbound and southbound motorists on Skyway Stage 3.

SMC Tollways and the Toll Regulatory Board have yet to release an advisory on toll fees, and we aren’t able to verify at the toll plaza at the moment. But seeing as this new off-ramp is in between the Plaza Dilao and Buendia southbound exits, and both of those charge the same amounts, southbound motorists can expect to pay the same toll fees at the Quirino Westbound interchange.
