Yesterday, there was a freak accident that occurred involving a black Toyota Fortuner that made the rounds on Facebook. In case you missed it, a debris—a massive chunk of cement—apparently fell from the NAIA Expressway onto the SUV.

Reports say nobody was killed by the incident, but the passengers of the Fortuner were still brought to the hospital right after. Tollway operator Skyway O&M Corporation has since released a statement, as shared by ABS-CBN News.
