The heavy downpours caused by Typhoon Carina have left several parts of the country in ruin. People have been stranded around the metro, and a lot of motorists got stuck in the middle of the floods.
It’s been a tough week so far. To help out those heavily affected by the typhoon, various malls are now offering shelter, free parking, and even Wi-Fi to those in need.
