Top Gear Philippines Philippine Car News - All-new Mazda 6 could make its local debut at 2013 Manila International Auto Show

Berjaya Auto Philippines officially took over the Mazda brand from Ford Group Philippines last January 1st. But while things may be quiet in the company just a week after the start of the new year, it could well be the calm before the storm.

With the 2013 Manila International Auto Show just three months away--from April 4 to 7, to be exact--a source from Mazda's Philippine distributor has shared with us that Berjaya Auto Philippines is pulling out all the stops to ensure that the all-new Mazda 6 will make its local debut at the show.

While the source couldn't confirm if it's only the sedan variant that will appear at the show or if it will be joined by its wagon sibling, it's still good news nonetheless that we're getting a brand-new competitor in the midsize market soon.

Are you already excited for this year's Manila International Auto Show?
