Nissan dealership offers extended-warranty program

 Team Nissan launches extended warranty program. A Nissan dealership is now offering an extended-warranty program in its bid to attract more customers and increase its market share in the very competitive Philippine car industry.

Tetra Sales & Services, Inc. (TSSI) started offering the extended-warranty program in its Nissan Westgate Alabang dealership last April 1 and plans to offer it soon in all of its five dealerships.

"Customers who face a multitude of product and services with diverse characteristics have high quality and product expectations. Our innovative Team Nissan Extended Warranty Program aims to meet these expectations," said Tey Sornet, TSSI --Team Nissan vice president and group general manager.

TSSI's Extended Warranty Program seeks to cover all expenses brought about by the sudden failure of a vehicle's mechanical, electronic or electrical components once its original factory manufacturer's warranty expires, either after a three year-period or once the vehicle's odometer crosses the 100,000-kilometer mark.

According to TSSI, vehicle repair claims covered by the Team Nissan Extended Warranty Program will be processed within three to 24 hours after the vehicle had been diagnosed by an authorized Team Nissan Service Center.

"It makes for a smart, practical and long-term investment as car owners can avoid costly repairs, parts and labor costs when the car unexpectedly breaks down," said Rene Limcaoco, managing director of TSSI--Team Nissan. "Aside from the obvious economic benefits, its greatest advantage is peace of mind as it assures car owners that, for the term of the warranty, they will not be liable for any unexpected and substantial repair costs. It's the way true car ownership should be-enjoyment without the hassle."

Aside from Nissan Westgate Alabang, TSSI's other dealerships are in Southwoods, Shaw Center in Mandaluyong City, in Dasmariñas, Cavite and Batangas.
