AVT, the company that introduced the first-ever portable GPS navigation system in the Philippines with extensive local support for updated maps, will sell the Navigator PN503 at the 8th Manila International Auto Show "at a very special discounted price."
The AVT Navigator PN503 features a five-inch high-resolution touch screen, SD card slot, multimedia functionality and voice-prompt technology. Extremely portable, the PN503 can be set up in any car in minutes.
AVT will also have on display navigation devices and other multimedia systems customized for various vehicle models. These include custom head units for the Honda CR-V and Civic; Hyundai Accent, Elantra, Sonata and Tucson; Subaru Forester and Legacy; Toyota Camry and Prado; and others. These display units will also be offered at a special discount on the last day of the 2012 MIAS on a first-come, first-served basis.
AVT will also be showcasing two concept products that are expected to hit the Philippine market within the coming months. A groundbreaking new product that is sure to create waves among the techie crowd is a multimedia system that uses the Android operating system (OS) for mobile devices. Billed as a multi-sensor GPS, entertainment and communication system with its built-in Android Gingerbread 2.3 OS and ability to download apps from Google Play, AVT claims that this device "brings mobile entertainment to new heights."
AVT will also introduce at MIAS its AVT-TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), which displays real-time monitoring of both tire pressure and temperature.
