Toyota CDO bags two awards from Toyota Motor Phils.

Toyota Cagayan de Oro City recently had a double celebration as it bagged two awards at the recent Toyota Annual Dealer Conference.

The dealership received its third Customer Satisfaction Cup of Excellence from Toyota Motor Philippines Corp. (TMPC).

"The much-coveted President's Customer Satisfaction Cup of Excellence is given to the top dealer who achieved the target scores in CS [customer service] performance as well as the overall target score of 90 percent in customer relations," Toyota said in a statement.

At the same time, Toyota Cagayan de Oro was tagged as one of the four Dealers of the year for the Japanese brand.

Other Dealers of the Year were Toyota Alabang, Inc., Toyota Balintawak, Inc., and Toyota San Fernando in Pampanga.

Awardees in the individual categories were: Christian Lawrence Dizon of Toyota Cabanatuan City, best Sales Marketing Professional; Eiza Lorraine Eizaguirre of Toyota Otis, Best Parts Marketing Professional; Edgar Platon of Toyota Shaw, Inc., Best Warranty Administrator; Albert Enciso II of Toyota Cubao, Best Body and Paint Service Advisor; Antonio Belonio of Toyota Davao City, Best Body Technician; Alexander Labarientos of Toyota Dagupan, Best Paint Technician.

TMPC sold 45,915 units of vehicles in 2008, representing 36.9 percent of the Philippine automotive market.
