It's hard to choose a favorite

Marvel fanboys, please contain your nerdgasms.

American motorcycle giant Harley-Davidson has teamed up with Marvel Entertainment to produce a collection of custom-made Harleys inspired by the comic book company's most iconic characters.  The result is as you would expect: too f***king awesome.

Over a dozen Marvel heroes and villains—from our friendly neighborhood Spiderman and the rest of the Avengers, to the ultimate baddie Thanos and the robotic super villain Ultron—are part of the Harley lineup.

Bikes that received the custom superhero treatment include the Street Glide Special, Iron 883, V-Rod Muscle and Street Bob. Each model's chosen character represents its hero's dominant attribute. The Wasp-based Harley Roadster, for example, reflects the character's fun-loving personality. On the other hand, the Hulk-based Fat Boy Lo is based on the green giant's strength.

Fans can actually vote for their favorite hero-based bikes for a chance to win a "super holiday." Unfortunately, the contest is limited to residents of Australia and New Zealand only. What a shame.

Hopefully this partnership isn't a one-time deal. Will we be seeing several Harleys dominating the big screen when the next Marvel flick comes out? We hope so. For now, you can check out some of the motorcycles below. You can also head over to the Super Hero Customs website for more details on the bikes.
