Looking for a spot to shoot the breeze and enjoy coffee under the trees after a workout? Just Coffee, a cafe tucked right inside the Quezon Memorial Circle, offers a calm oasis away from the usual crowds and mall traffic.

There’s a sad lack of parks and green spaces in Metro Manila where busy urbanites can just exist outside their homes and offices. While weekend malling is the norm, sometimes you just want to relax amid nature or enjoy simple activities like strolling or leisurely bike rides.

For a good nature fix, you usually need to drive outside the city to places like Tagaytay or Tanay. This means time stuck in traffic, as well as a higher budget for fuel and food along the way, just to enjoy a good view. Thankfully, Quezon City has several parks where you can get a quick nature fix, like Quezon Memorial Circle.

Just Coffee offers handcrafted coffee and signature sandwiches with an al fresco setting under the trees. The cafe is open from 7am to 8pm—perfect for those who want to get a quick workout in the morning when it’s not too hot out yet, as well as late risers looking for a spot to hang out with friends in the afternoon.

The cafe offers both iced and hot versions of coffee-based beverages and non-coffee drinks. Bestsellers include Sea Salt Latte, Caramel Machiato, and Spanish Latte, reasonably priced from P120 to P180. Specialties include the peanut-infused Jus Signature (P170-180) and Crimson Cream (P200), which was named the Barista Queen 2025 Winning drink.

If you prefer a matcha fix, there’s also Iced and Hot Matcha. Other non-coffee drinks for kids include Chocolate and Iced Tea.

The menu also includes a few sweet and savory bites, including Cinnamon Rolls, Corned Beef Pandesal, Muffins, and an Affogato dessert.

If you’re extra hungry, you can always grab snacks from the nearby QMC Food Park or dine on full rice meals at nostalgic fast-food options inside Quezon Memorial Circle. Max’s, Aristocrat, Tropical Hut, and Bacolod Chicken Inasal have large and uncrowded branches.

There’s no air-conditioned dine-in area at Just Coffee, but the garden tables under the trees and counter seating on either end of the cafe offer a refreshing spot to take a break.

Since their setup is al fresco, Just Coffee is bike-friendly and pet-friendly. You can easily park your bikes next to the tables or enjoy coffee with your furbabies nearby after strolling around.

The drinks are also easy to take out, so you can just find yourself a secluded spot to sit in the park if you prefer. There are lots of benches around the park, including at the new QC Elevated Promenade linking to Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife, if you plan on going on longer nature strolls. With the park’s sprawling grounds, you’re sure to find a quiet corner.

One of the cafe’s coolest features is its photo receipts, available only on weekends. After you order coffee, you can snap a pic at the photobooth receipt, which prints out a black and white photo on receipt paper, for a free and fun keepsake.

Aside from its standalone cafe at QMC, Just Coffee also offers services via a coffee cart—ideal for those who want a kiosk at weddings, corporate events, parties, and celebrations, with the interactive photo receipt booth available for guests.
