We can safely assume that Niño Muhlach has a liking for sweet rides. Remember how he had his personal van Manila-proofed a while back? Well, the former child star just got his hands on some new wheels, but it looks like this one’s a little more special than the others.
Muhlach’s brand-new car is a Geely Coolray. It’s not a million-peso sports car, nor is it an Atoy Customs masterpiece, but it’s special nonetheless: This one is his birthday-slash-graduation gift to his son Sandro. That’s one heck of a present. Anyway, you can watch the full video of the reveal below.
In case you’re not familiar with it, the Coolray is one of the newest entries in the subcompact-SUV segment, introduced less than a year ago when the Geely brand officially reentered the Philippine market. It comes with a 1.5-liter turbopetrol engine capable of 175hp and 255Nm, mated to a seven-speed wet dual-clutch transmission.
