Sunday’s British GP was quite an eventful one, from the first-lap collision between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen to Hamilton’s 50th-lap maneuver to take the lead from Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc. Suffice to say, there was a lot of drama at the grid. And let’s not even get started on the online vitriol that followed.
But amid all the action and the turmoil, we know there’s one feel-good story to have come out from Silverstone this weekend that we can all enjoy: Sebastian Vettel’s post-race cleanup efforts.
The Aston Martin Cognizant F1 Team recently shared photos of the four-time world champion picking up trash at the stands after the Grand Prix. Vettel may not have won this weekend—he was the only driver with a DNF other than Verstappen—but he surely has won a lot of people’s respect with this.
