Hyundai rings in the Chinese New Year with a pretty sizeable bang in the form of the all-new Elantra. It packs everything you'd expect from one of the top competitors in the C-segment--attractive styling, comfortable cabin, and a host of convenient features. So naturally, we just had to try it out for ourselves. Or, to be more specific, we had to put it on our cover.
We drove the new Elantra all the way to Las Casas Filipinas in Bataan, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that it offers a more engaging experience than its predecessor, while at the same time providing the space and the features of a midsize sedan.
As our writer Patrick Tadeo puts it: "It's an evolution of the design of the previous Elantra, but it's also very different. It's really more of a driver's car now."
