You do not have to leave the comfort of your couch for some thrilling outdoor adventure with a car. Let Discovery Channel\'s Car Vs. Wild pump your adrenaline. Premiering on September 30 (Monday) at 10pm, the 10-part series features former British Special Forces soldier Gary Humphrey, car nut Bill Wu and their 12-year-old 4x4 utility vehicle called Ruby as they go through various terrains in Mexico. But this is not your typical road trip to a resort or the mountains.

Confronting natural obstacles throughout their 10-week adventure, Gary, Bill and Ruby test the limits of man and machine by attempting to navigate places where no car has ever gone, including a volcanic crater lake. The trio even enters a hidden valley that is so remote it has no name--Gary and Bill thus dub it \"Ruby Valley.\" They also put to risk Ruby\'s engine by driving through rivers. They themselves tackle danger by dealing with snakes, bat caves and deep lagoons. Speed and strategy are key to the success of their Mexican voyage. Taking center stage on Car Vs. Wild is the dynamic between man, machine and Mother Nature.

Who do you think will emerge as winner: car or wilderness? Don\'t miss the premiere. Encores are every Tuesday at 3pm, Saturday at 9pm, and Sunday at 9am and 4pm.
