The Fast & Furious films have earned their place in automotive pop culture since their first installment in 2001. Now, after 25 years and 11 movies, Universal Studios is launching a new roller coaster based on the franchise—Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift.
The ride is located in Universal Studios Hollywood. It will feature Dominic Toretto’s Dodge Charger, Brian O’Connor’s Toyota Supra A80 and Nissan Skyline R34, and Han Lue’s VeilSide Mazda RX-7. Each vehicle can hold four passengers at a time.

The cars can rotate 360 degrees to simulate the feeling of drifting. The track measures 4,100 feet long, while the entire train reaches a top speed of 116kph. During its testing phase, the ride was timed at about two minutes.
