The Honor Pad X8b is officially in the Philippines, and until April 21, 2026, it’s available exclusively at the brand’s official TikTok shop for an introductory price of P9,999. This latest model is faster, sleeker, and more durable than the preceding X8a, delivering high performance and reliability despite its entry-level price.
Honor gadgets are known for their durability, and the Honor Pad X8b is no exception. Its ultra-slim 7.2mm metal body is crafted from flagship-grade materials and has been awarded drop- and crush-resistance certifications by Swiss company SGS. Versus the older model, it boasts a 60% improvement in drop resistance, a 30% increase in crush resistance, and a 30% boost in water resistance.
Powering the tablet is the Snapdragon 680 4G mobile platform, supported by an octa-core CPU and an Adreno 610 GPU. This setup balances responsiveness and energy efficiency for long hours of work or entertainment, with Honor claiming up to 97 days of standby time and 21 hours of online video playback from the 10,100mAh battery. Through its Android-based MagicOS 10, the Honor Pad X8b gets Gemini AI productivity features like one-swipe split-screen, App Extender to adapt unsupported apps for landscape mode, and Multi-Window to run up to three apps simultaneously.
