If you’re into the world of Tamiya, you’re going to love this: Lil’s Hobby Center just announced on Facebook that it is now selling a special Philippine Edition of the Japanese toy company’s 1:32 scale ‘Gunbluster XTO’ mini 4WD.
The unique scale model was requested by Lil’s Hobby Center to commemorate its 50th anniversary. It comes with a translucent green body, a carbon-fiber reinforced chassis, white tires and five-spoke wheels, and special ‘50th Anniversary’ and ‘Lil’s Hobby Center’ stickers. The toy runs on a Type 130 Tamiya motor.
The company’s social-media post was accompanied by photos of the toy, as well as a picture of dozens of boxes sitting on a shelf. “The wait is over,” the announcement reads. “50 years in the making. It’s available now.” Check out the post below:
