Marlon Cajucom and Jhasin May Benito went from courier and customer to husband and wife in what can only be described as a love story fit for a K-drama.
Cajucom was a delivery rider for e-commerce company Lazada when he started bringing parcels to Benito’s mother Grace in October last year. In his own words, never in his wildest dreams did he expect Jhasin to notice him.
Madaling lapitan, madaling kausapin,” he shared to the Public Information Office of the Asingan municipality in Pangasinan.
Eventually, it was Benito’s mom who introduced her daughter to Cajucom.
Fast-forward to January 26, when the couple exchanged vows in a civil ceremony presided by Mayor Carlos Lopez Jr.
Benito said she really felt cared for by the persistent Cajucom: “Sobrang effort po siya noong nanliligaw siya sa akin, kahit sobrang busy siya, nagde-deliver [pa rin] ng flower sa bahay, tsaka ramdam mo naman talaga yung love.”
Who knows? Maybe that special someone is just a booking away.
