At the 2023 Makina Moto Show, it was the CE 04 to make its public debut for BMW Motorrad Philippines. This year, it’s the all-new CE 02 that just made its premiere.
The CE 02 is the latest in BMW’s lineup of electric two-wheelers. Unlike the boat-like CE 04, this one has a smaller and seemingly more manageable physique and looks more like a motorcycle than a scooter. It’s what BMW wants to call an ‘eParkourer,’ whatever that means.

The CE 02 packs a 3.92kWh battery that powers the 15hp electric motor. Top speed is listed at 97kph, while maximum estimated range is 88km. It gets hydraulically damped telescopic forks at the front and a single-sided swingarm with a shock absorber at the rear. It’s equipped with cast alloy wheels, disc brakes, and front ABS.
As for the pricing, the new BMW CE 02 stickers for P595,000. That’s so much less than as the P895,000 CE 04. What do you guys think of BMW Motorrad’s new electrified offering?
