Let’s get right to it, because there’s a lot to discuss: Harley-Davidson is kicking off the year with a revamped lineup headlined by 13 new models for 2026. Yep, you read that right. A dozen new Harleys.

These aren’t all-new models, of course, but they’re quite a lot nonetheless, and we’ll go through all of the notable updates here. Get set in your saddles because you’re in for quite a ride. Or read, because we’ll need a lot of words for this.

For 2026, Harley-Davidson has revamped its five CVO models which, in case you aren’t familiar, are the most performance-oriented models in the stable. All five come powered by a Milwaukee-Eight VVT 121 engine, which is a 1,977cc V-twin that puts out 114hp at 4,500rpm and 187Nm of torque at 3,750rpm. Output slightly varies across the CVO range, but this is basically what you’re getting with these Harleys.

The variable valve timing (VVT) technology broadens the power band and improves both fuel efficiency and low-end torque. Redline is now at 5,900rpm with a 25sec time limit, while peak revs without intervention is now at 4,750rpm. These engines are electronically limited to 193kph (120mph) for the CVO Road Glide ST and 177kph (110mph) for the CVO Street Glide ST and can be maxed out for up to 25sec.

All CVO models include safety enhancements such as both standard and cornering ABS, traction control, drag torque slip control, and electronically linked brakes. Vehicle hold control is also available for the CVO Street Glide 3 Limited. Selectable ride modes are also available, with Road, Sport, Rain, and Custom as standard. The CVO Road Glide ST and CVO Street Glide ST models get Track mode as a bonus.

The CVO Road Glide ST and CVO Street Glide ST are now also lighter than before, the former getting a 12.7kg weight reduction and the latter 10kg. New colorways and new colors for OE accessories such as windshields are also available, but we won’t dive deeper into that, because there’s more to unpack with this new lineup.

The Grand American Touring models optimize rider and passenger comfort and convenience for long-haul rides. For 2026, Harley-Davidson has given the lineup not just new styling, but a new Milwaukee-Eight VVT 117 engine. This 1,923cc V-twin puts out 106hp at 4,600rpm and 177Nm at 3,500rpm. The numbers show how they differ from the CVO models.

Both the Street Glide Limited and Road Glide Limited have also gotten new Grand Tour-Pak luggage carriers, with improved ergonomics and increased passenger room. The Grand Tour-Pak boasts a new molded liner, still with a 12V socket and with a total of 68 liters of storage. They also now get 4.2-liter lower storage compartments in each fairing, perfect for smaller items such as wallets and gloves. A new Premium Luggage Rack can be added for soft luggage as well.

In addition to the host of safety tech you get in the CVO lineup, the Grand American Touring models also boast comfort heated seating and handgrips. More important, there’s also an upgraded Harley-Davidson Audio system powered by Rockford Fosgate, which includes four speakers in total. Upgrades to this system can be done and installed through the bike’s built-in touchscreen that’s powered by a Skyline OS—this one also allows the embedded navigation system.

As with the CVO lineup, the Grand American Touring models also get new colorways and restyled accessories for 2026. And as with the previous entry, we’ll skip the deep-dive for that.

  • Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide 3 Limited (aforementioned)

For the trikes, we’ve already covered one in the CVO stable but we’ve included that in the list above for clarity. The biggest upgrade to Harley’s three-wheelers this year is with the rear suspension. The new system boasts a 117% increase in rear-wheel travel—from 58.4mm to 127mm—which lets the HD Trikes absorb bumps and potholes better while reducing side-to-side rocking. Unsprung weight has also been reduced by about 30kg, allowing for the use of softer springs and shock absorbers.

The rear tracks of these Trikes have also been extended, now 38.1mm wider, as well as the wheelbase, which is now 40mm longer. These helped maintain balance in terms of front-to-rear weight distribution. A new reverse system is also equipped in the 2026 models, now lighter than before.

For the non-CVO Harley-Davidson Trike models, they’re powered by similar Milwaukee-Eight 117 VVT engines as those in the Grand American Touring lineup. These, of course, also come with updated styling and new colors, but moving on...

2026 Harley-Davidson Adventure Touring models

  • Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 Limited

Still there? We’re nearing the end of this long list and are now moving to the Adventure Touring lineup. Or model, because there’s just one that’s gotten updates—the Pan America 1250 Limited. For 2026, it gets an aluminum top box and side luggage that total 120 liters of storage, a Screamin’ Eagle quickshifter, a muffler guard, an aluminum skid plate, and a radiator guard. Standard stuff for this off-roader.

Unlike the other models here, though, the Pan America uses the ‘1250’ in its name because it’s powered by a 1,250cc V-Twin. A bit different from the 117 and 121 cubic inches that ’Murica normally uses. We digress. The Pan America’s powertrain is capable of 149hp at 8,750rpm and 124Nm of torque at 6,750rpm. It’s truly a different type of Harley in terms of size, style, and performance.

2026 Harley-Davidson Enthusiast Collection – Liberty Edition models

  • Harley-Davidson Street Glide 3 Limited
  • Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic

Alas, we’re here at the 11th, 12th, and 13th new models, and we’re wrapping up the 2026 roster with the Liberty Edition bikes from Harley-Davidson’s Enthusiast Collection. All three models are mechanically unchanged, but they’re all finished in Midnight Ember, a heavy metallic black colorway exclusive to this collection. Liberty Edition eagle graphics on the fuel tank sides with see-through ‘#1’ medallions and console and engine-cover inserts add style, while seats stitched in blue seams with red-white-blue accents. Because U-S-A.

These will be produced only in limited quantities, as the Liberty Edition production “will be capped at about 2,500 models combined globally.” We reckon a lot of those will be spoken for in the States, because these limited-edition bikes are as American as American bikes can get.

So, what do we think, readers? If you’ve managed to reach this end, share your thoughts in the comments, why don’t you?
