Italjet has debuted its Dragster 459 Twin at the Makina Moto Expo 2026, marking its official launch in the Philippines. The middleweight maxi-scoot sits between the smaller Dragster 300 and the larger Dragster 700 Twin—and like the 700 Twin, it’s also expressway-legal.

The Dragster 459 Twin has a 449cc DOHC inline-twin engine that delivers 46.9hp and 41Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed Smart Shift Auto gearbox with manual mode. It has a tubular steel trellis frame, which not only makes the scooter look sporty but also helps with weight reduction and handling.

It features 15-inch alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli tires, twin front disc brakes with Brembo calipers and ABS, along with a single rear disc brake, also featuring a Brembo caliper and ABS. The maxi-scoot also has Marzocchi upside-down forks and a Marzocchi adjustable single shock in the rear.

The Dragster 459 has a wheelbase measuring 1,540mm—about 195mm longer than the Dragster 300. It has a 180kg dry weight, an 815mm seat height, and a 16-liter fuel tank. Other features include full-LED lights for the front and the rear with daytime running lights, and a TFT display.

Italjet is a niche brand. If you’re familiar with it, you’ll know its bikes come at a premium. There are a lot of bikes you can get for this amount of money, but again, it’s a niche brand—so the people seriously looking into acquiring a Dragster know exactly what they’re looking for. The Italjet Dragster 459 Twin has a sticker price of P797,000.
