After officially acquiring the distributorship of Indian motorcycle brand Royal Enfield, Bikerbox formally introduced itself during a recent gathering with the media. In said gathering, Motociclista Scatola (MSI) shared its plans for 2024.
First up? The launch of the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650. MSI has officially opened pre-bookings for its upcoming model starting at P20,000 each. Expected launch date is supposedly in March 2024, which is as of this writing less than 24 hours away.

The Hyundai Staria gets electrified with new hybrid variant
The Super Meteor 650 is RE’s beefy and stylish cruiser that was first unveiled way back in November 2022. Local specs have yet to be revealed, but we do know that this two-wheleer is powered by a 648cc air-oil-cooled parallel-twin that’s capable of 46.3hp at 7,250rpm and 52.3Nm of torque at 5,650rpm and is mated to a six-speed constant mesh transmission with a wet, multi-plate clutch.
The Super Meteor 650 has a low-slung seat measuring just 740mm. It weighs 241kg and stands at 2,260mm long, 890mm wide, and 1,155mm tall with a 1,500mm wheelbase. It sits on 19-inch front wheels and 16-inch rear wheels. It also features dual disc brakes with dual-channel ABS.
Of course, no word on actual pricing here just yet. But what do you guys think? How much should this RE sticker for to make it competitive? The comments section is open.
