Triumph Motorcycles Philippines showed out at the 2026 Makina Moto Expo this weekend with the launch of next-generation models of two of its most popular models: the all-new Trident 800 and Tiger Sport 800.
These two nameplates were able to establish their footing in the market with their high-revving three-cylinder engines. Their replacements are both still triples, but their engines have gotten bigger and more powerful than ever.

Triumph Trident 800 2026 Philippine specs and prices

Let’s start with the Trident. Triumph’s fan-favorite naked bike is now powered by a 798cc liquid-cooled, inline-three engine that puts out 113hp at 10,750rpm and 84Nm at 8,500rpm. This is mated to a six-speed manual transmission with a slipper clutch.
In terms of design, the changes are in the details. While the fuel tank, the seat, and even the wheels might look familiar, you’ll notice that the front end now has a small cowl above the hadlight covering the instrument cluster. Underneath, the exhaust now extends all the way back, and there’s now a belly pan below the engine as well.
The Trident 800 sits on 17-inch wheels with a Showa suspension underneath. There’s a 41mm upside-down fork with 12mm of wheel travel up front, and a monoshock with adjustable preload and 130mm of wheel travel at the rear. It has a seat height of 31.6 inches, weighs 198kg, and has a 14-liter fuel tank.
The all-new Triumph Trident 800 is now available in the Philippines for P649,000.

As with the Trident, the Tiger Sport 800 sees subtle design tweaks. The windscreen up front is now wider towards the handlebars, and underneath it gets the same exhaust treatment as the Trident. The pipes extend towards the rear, and a belly pan has been added to the design.
The biggest change, of course, comes with the powertrain. It’s now powered by the same 798cc liquid-cooled triple that you get in the Trident. In case it needs mentioning again, the engine churns out 113hp at 10,750rpm and 84Nm at 8,500rpm. It has the same six-speed manual tranny with the slipper clutch.
The Tiger Sport has a seat height of 32.6 inches and weighs 232kg. It has an 18.5-liter fuel tank. It sits on the same suspension setup as the Trident, but with 150mm of wheel up front and out back.
The all-new Triumph Tiger Sport 800 is now in the Philippines priced at P820,000. Panniers and top boxes are sold separately.
