Dior and Vespa team up to produce a limited-edition scooter with matching accessories

“Oooooh, fancy.” Yes, yes it is. Vespa’s always been a brand with a ton of style going for it, but these units in particular carry a little extra pizzazz. These were produced in partnership with Dior. Fancy indeed.

“Odyssey(s), style, dreams and Dolce Vita,” the Vespa 946 Christian Dior scooter’s press release reads. What exactly does it mean? We’re not certain, but if you’re a fan of both these brands, these exclusive units flaunt graphics that pay homage to both of them. The vehicle was designed by Dior’s creative director for women’s collections Maria Grazia Chiuri.

Of course, if you’re going to go through the trouble of obtaining one of these, you’re going to want to get it with matching accessories, too. These come in the form of a top case and helmet featuring the Dior Oblique motif.

This isn’t the first time Vespa has worked with a luxury fashion brand to come up with a special-edition scooter. Back in 2015, the manufacturer released the Vespa 946 Emporio Armani Edition which carried a design featuring input from Giorgio Armani himself.

How much for this? No word yet, but expect it to cost a pretty penny. The Vespa 946 Christian Dior will launch in 2021 and will be sold at Dior boutiques across the globe. Would you like to see this special edition sold in the Philippines?
