Let’s face it: SsangYong vehicles--particularly those sold here--aren’t the prettiest to come out of Korea. Off the top of our heads, the Actyon SUV and the Stavic MPV are just two of the carmaker's unappealing models.
Well, that might soon change if and when the carmaker decides to produce a concept vehicle set to be revealed at the Geneva Motor Show next month.
Called the SIV-1, the vehicle is "a multi-interface mid-premium crossover utility vehicle concept that defines the brand's new design philosophy" with an exterior design that, according to SsangYong, will optimize safety and driving comfort.
For now, the only information about the SIV-1 that SsangYong has disclosed is that it will feature "a Mobile Auto System" and four independent bucket seats.
We'll believe it when we see it.
