It may be one of the more seasoned models in its class, but the Audi Q7 can still hang with the new kids on the block. As for the Q8, let’s just say it’s good enough to form the basis of the Lamborghini Urus.
To kick off 2025, Audi Philippines has launched the latest versions of its two large crossovers. They’re extensively updated despite the next-generation model coming in a year or two.

Starting with the Q7, it gets a new front fascia with redesigned headlights and a new grille. The bumpers have also been reshaped to take the years off this model. New wheel designs are also in the mix, while the taillights get an updated pattern in its clusters.

For the Q8, it now wears a front end that boasts a bolder, sportier, and more dynamic appearance than before. It also gets fewer decorative elements compared with the pre-facelift model, opting for a cleaner and more puristic approach. The rear has likewise been tweaked with a new bumper and redesigned tail lights. For the 2025 model year, the Black Styling Package is standard for both models.

The Q7 and Q8 benefit from tech updates, too. These crossovers are equipped with the latest version of the Audi Virtual Cockpit with more comprehensive displays. The infotainment system is also new, with over-the-air updates available for future proofing. As always, the interiors are trimmed in fine materials, although the Q8 gets sportier elements.
Extensive updates have been given to the Q7 and Q8’s air suspension system. Local-spec versions come with adaptive air ride, allowing them to react more quickly to changing conditions than the outgoing models. Audi adds that there are further improvements to the steering system.

A welcome addition this year is the driver-assist systems. It includes adaptive cruise, lane-keep assist, and autonomous emergency braking, among others. This should help boost the Q7 and the Q8’s safety package as it was missing from the pre-update models.
Audi Philippines has done away with diesel powertrains for the 2025 Audi Q7 and Q8. But not to worry, as the latest engine is quite the powerhouse. It’s a 3.0-liter turbopetrol V6 that packs a punch, doling out 335hp and, more important, 500Nm of torque. With that much paired with Quattro all-wheel drive, this combination can propel both the Q7 and Q8 to 100kph in the mid-5sec range.
As for price, it’s ‘on application’ so it’s best to ask Audi for more details.
