All good times come to an end. In the case of the Dodge Challenger, its time has come. After 15 years of production, the current-generation Challenger sails off into retirement. The last one rolled out in December 2023 with 2024 being the final year of sales.
Locally, the Challenger has seen its fair share of success in the niche muscle car market. To commemorate that along with its final year, Dodge Philippines has brought in the Last Call edition models.

Only 25 units will be sold in the Philippines, so those who would want a piece of history should act fast. And to cement its status and (possible) future collectability, all 25 cars carry a unique commemorative “Last Call” plaque under the hood.
The Last Call model is based on the GT variant of the Challenger. The Philippine version packs a 3.6-liter V6 under the hood, also known as the Pentastar engine. It’s good for 305hp and 363Nm of torque and that engine is then mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Okay, it’s no Hellcat, but it can get to 100kph in about six seconds.

The Dodge Challenger has had a colorful history in the Philippines. Officially arriving here in 2011, it was always available with either six or eight-cylinder engines. There was also a time wherein the mighty Hellcat was sold here in (extremely) limited numbers. A wide variety of variants have also been offered here, from the R/T (Road and Track) to the Scat Pack with its 6.4-liter V8. Over 300 units of the Challenger have found homes in the country.
So, how much for this future collectible? One of the final 25 cars can be yours for a cool P4,490,000. Given its rarity, the Last Call models could even be an investment.
