2024 will be a busy and eventful year for Chinese automaker Jetour in the Philippines. During its recent thanksgiving event, the company laid down its plans for the year.
Among the plans for this year include the models that the company aims to launch within the next 12 months. Jetour Philippines will be launching four model, three of which have been named. These are the Dashing Symphony, Dashing PHEV, and the T2.

Jetour Dashing Symphony
The Dashing Symphony was revealed during the thanksgiving event. The addition of this new variant expands the Dashing’s lineup to two models, at least for now. But what sets it apart from the standard variant is its sound system (hence, Symphony).
The audio upgrade comes courtesy of JL Audio. In includes a 10-inch subwoofer, a four-channel amplifier, and a pair of woofers and tweeters. The Dashing Symphony carries a base price of P1,523,000.
Jetour Dashing PHEV
If the variant name wasn’t enough of a dead giveaway, this version of the Dashing is electrified thanks to a plug-in hybrid powertrain. There are no detailed specs for the local market just yet, but judging by the information from China, it looks promising.
The Dashing PHEV mates a 1.5-liter turbo to electric motors. Total system output is rated at 322hp and 565Nm of torque. Jetour claims an electric range of 100km and fuel consumption of up to 100km/L.
Jetour T2
From sporty and swoopy, we move to something big and boxy. The T2 is Jetour’s entry to the four-wheel drive SUV class. Known as the Traveller in its home market, it takes styling cues from old-school 4x4s.
It’s yet to be determined what variant (or variants) the local market will be getting. That said, it can be specified with a 1.5-liter turbo, a 1.6-liter, a boosted 2.0-liter, and a plug-in hybrid.
Mystery crossover??
Jetour Philippines also mentioned a fourth model. During the event it was shown as a silhouette on the screen and didn’t leave much clues. That said, it’s likely that it’s the X90 or the more luxurious X95.
If so, the X90 or X95 will serve as the flagship model of the local lineup.
