Italian supercar maker Lamborghini has confirmed that it will make a limited production run of a roadster version of its Aventador LP750-4 SuperVeloce.
The announcement was made by Automobili Lamborghini president and chief executive Stephan Winkelmann at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the United Kingdom last weekend, where the hardtop version of Lamborghini's "most sports-oriented, fastest and most emotional" production car made its UK debut.
Like the Aventador LP750-4 SuperVeloce, the roadster version will be produced in limited numbers, with only 500 units to be made to complement the 600 units of the coupe version, all of which have apparently been sold. So if you're planning to buy one, may we suggest that you rush to the Lamborghini dealership since the carmaker is reportedly now taking orders for the Aventador SuperVeloce roadster worldwide.
The Aventador LP750-4 SuperVeloce made its global debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
